New & Slightly Used Pallets
Shade Lumber offers one of the highest quality pallets because of its lumber selection and quality controls process specifically tailored to meet the customers expectations. The lumber and pallets go through four inspection sites before being staged for shipment.
New Pallets
Shade Lumber has the capacity to stage upwards of 200 truckloads of lumber, WIP material, and 15 loads of finished product. This allows us to meet JIT requirements for our customers.
Heat Treatment
Shade Lumber installed the largest Heat-Treatment kiln in the east to meet the ISPM#15 pallet standards. We also provide Kiln Dried HT SYP that supports ISPM#15 standards.
Slightly Used Pallets (SLU)
With the Drop Trailer service, we will take out your used pallets and repair them to be used again as a SLU, slightly used pallet.
Drop Trailer
Shade Lumber will drop a trailer at your location to allow the storage and take out of used pallets. We have a fleet of trailers and are always adding more trailers to provide this service.
